This page explains the usual sequence and the parts nobody can promise.
It starts with records, not travel
A specialist team abroad cannot say anything useful without readable pathology, imaging and treatment history. The first stage is always document review, and it often ends with a request for something missing.
A written opinion is not a treatment decision
Partner hospitals give an opinion based on documents. Any proposed plan is provisional and subject to in-person reassessment, repeat tests and local clinical judgement after you arrive.
Language and logistics matter as much as clinical fit
- Interpreter availability for consultations, consent and discharge instructions.
- International patient office hours and admission requirements.
- Accommodation for a companion, and travel between hotel and hospital.
- Document translation and certified copies where the hospital requires them.
