How it is used

Only to coordinate your case: preparing a clinical brief, requesting partner opinions with your consent, arranging appointments, documentation and follow-up. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing with partner hospitals

Nothing clinical leaves our system until you give a separate, explicit consent naming the purpose. Partner staff see only the case they are working on, and access is logged.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you and request a copy.
• Withdraw consent for further sharing at any time.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate details.
• Request deletion, subject to records we must retain.
