SincoMed provides treatment coordination. It does not provide medical care.
Our role
We assemble records, request written partner opinions, present them neutrally and manage logistics. All clinical decisions and care are the responsibility of the treating hospital and its doctors.
Fees
Our coordination fee is quoted separately from hospital, travel, visa, interpreter and accommodation costs, and is agreed in writing before work begins. Third-party costs are set by third parties and can change.
No guarantees
- No guarantee of diagnosis, treatment, admission or outcome.
- No guarantee of visa approval or processing time.
- Estimates are estimates and may change after in-person assessment.
Acceptable use
Submit only records you are entitled to share. If you act for a patient, you confirm you are authorised. Do not use the platform for emergencies.
