What it is not
- Not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for your treating doctor.
- Not a prescription or a medication change.
- Not a survival estimate or success rate.
- Not a commitment that treatment will be offered.
How long it takes
You get an expected response window when your documents pass review. If a partner is slow or asks for more records, you are told — we do not fill silence with estimates.
