For caregivers
A caregiver can be given access to a case with a defined scope — documents, messages, appointments or costs — and that access can be revoked at any time by the patient or a coordinator.
What we cannot do
- Give medical advice, change medication or interpret results for you.
- Respond to emergencies — call local emergency services.
- Promise admission, bed availability or a treatment date.
