What does SincoMed actually do?

We are a treatment-coordination service. We organise your medical records, request written opinions and proposals from verified partner hospitals in China, and coordinate appointment, medical visa documents, travel, interpreter and follow-up. We do not diagnose or treat.

Do I have to travel to China to get an opinion?

No. The first step is document-based. You submit your existing reports, a coordinator checks what is missing, and a specialist opinion can be requested in writing before anyone books travel. Travel is only discussed if the written opinion says treatment there is realistic.

How long does a response take?

It depends on how complete your records are and when the partner team responds. We share an expected window with you and update it honestly. We never guarantee a date.

What documents should I send first?

Send whatever you already have: the biopsy or pathology report, recent imaging (CT, MRI, PET-CT) with the radiology report, blood test results, discharge or treatment summaries, and a list of current medicines. An incomplete set is still worth sending, the coordinator will tell you exactly what else is needed.

A coordinator confirms receipt and lists missing documents within one working day. A written specialist opinion depends on the hospital and on how complete your records are, so the coordinator gives you a date range in writing rather than a promise.

What will it cost?

Costs are shown in separate parts: hospital estimate, travel, visa, interpreter, accommodation and the SincoMed coordination fee. Hospital figures come from the partner proposal, not from us, and can change after in-person assessment.

What does SincoMed charge, and what does the hospital charge?

These are separate. Hospital charges are set by the hospital and appear on its own written quotation and invoices. SincoMed's coordination fee is quoted to you separately in writing before you commit. We publish no price on this website, because a real figure can only come from a hospital quotation for your records.

Who can see my medical documents?

Your files are private by default. Assigned SincoMed staff can see them for your case. A partner hospital receives only what you consent to share. You can review consent and request deletion at any time.

Is this an emergency service?

No. SincoMed is a treatment-coordination service, not an emergency service. For an emergency, contact local emergency care immediately.

Will someone translate for us in China?

Accepted Answer

Interpreter support for hospital appointments is arranged as part of coordination, in Bengali or English. Interpreters relay information; they do not give medical advice and they do not decide anything about your treatment.

Do you use AI?

We use Oncolivra only for supportive drafting tasks such as organising documents and preparing translation or plain-language drafts. Every output is labelled as a draft and reviewed by a person before it reaches you.

Can you tell me whether a treatment will work for me?

No. SincoMed coordinates; it does not diagnose, prescribe or predict outcomes. Only a treating specialist can say what is suitable, after reviewing your records and, usually, reassessing you in person. Any opinion we pass on is the hospital's written opinion, not ours.

What happens after we return to Bangladesh?

You should return with discharge papers, the treatment summary and any follow-up schedule in writing. The coordinator helps you get those documents in a language your local doctor can read, and keeps them in your case record so later questions can be sent back to the same hospital.
