Separate consents

• Processing consent: allows us to review and organise your records.
• Partner sharing consent: named purpose, given before anything is sent abroad.
• Caregiver access: scoped to documents, messages, appointments or costs.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time through your case area or by asking a coordinator. Withdrawal stops future sharing; it cannot recall information a partner has already lawfully received.

Audit trail

Consent, document access and administrative actions are recorded so it is always possible to show who did what and when.
