How we write, review and correct our guides

SincoMed is a treatment coordination service. Our guides help families in Bangladesh plan care in China. This page explains how each guide is made.

Sources

Factual medical statements are linked to numbered sources, such as national cancer institutes, professional society guidelines, peer-reviewed journals and official government pages. Each source records the date we checked it.

Drafting and approval

  • Drafts may be prepared with AI assistance. AI is never listed as an author or reviewer.
  • An editor checks accuracy, sources and plain language, then approves one exact version.
  • Only an administrator can publish that approved version. Every change is saved as a new version with a history.
  • Bangla versions are published only after a person reviews the full translation.

Medical review

A guide shows a medical reviewer only when a qualified clinician has actually reviewed that version. We record their name, qualifications, the review date and what they reviewed. If no review is on record, no reviewer is shown.

Dates and updates

Each guide shows when it was published and when its content last changed in a meaningful way. Small spelling fixes do not change the updated date.

Hospitals and relationships

A hospital listed in our directory is not automatically a partner. Each profile states its relationship status and the date its information was checked.

Corrections

If you find an error, tell us through the contact page with the page address and what looks wrong. We check it, correct the guide as a new version, and update its date when the change affects the meaning.
