Medical travel documents: what coordination can and cannot do
How invitation letters and supporting documents fit into a medical travel application.

A partner hospital may issue an invitation or appointment document once it has reviewed your records. Coordination means preparing and checking documents and timelines. It does not mean approval: visa decisions are made only by the relevant authorities, and no service can promise an outcome or a processing time.
